Post No.1: Portrait of a Young Girl by Picasso.
This is a famous painting by Picasso. It was presented in 1938. Currently I do not know where it is. Probably at Musee Picasso- Paris. Hȏtel Salé I sent the question to Quora.com. I hope to have an answer. Her real name was Henriette Theodora Markotvich and was born in France(1907-1997)but was a very international person. His father was Croatian and obtain several commissions including for the embassy of Austria-Hungary, also she spent many years in Argentina and lived in France. She was a photographer and also a painter. She struggled with depression. It seems that her relationship with Picasso was painful and ended in 1943. He painted her with distorted faces, with big eyes, looking to different sides,  and probably was his reaction to her behavior and conflicts between them.

  1. I received a nice answer from Edoardo Fantini (studied Art History & History at Pontifical Gregorian University). Thanks Edoardo!
“Thank you for the A2A. Although I am not an expert of contemporary art, I will try to be helpful. Picasso painted several portraits of young women, all reflecting his evolving style, with one of the most notable examples being at the National Gallery in Victoria, a later work based on Renaissance’s master Cranach the Younger style, another interesting example is the Head of a Young Woman illegally owned for a while by Spanish billionaire Jaime Botìn and now property of the state. A beautiful example of Cubist art and another of his young women’s portraits is the one at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. Others are in private galleries, which for security reasons, are not willing to share these masterpieces’ locations, here is a gallery, these all date back to 1938…”
